How do I cancel?
Open the Applydex extension → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep Pro access until then and are not charged again.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store card numbers.
Do you offer a team or business plan?
Not yet — Applydex is built for individual job seekers. If you're a career coach, outplacement firm, or bootcamp and want to offer Applydex to cohorts,
contact us and we'll work something out.
Will the price change?
If we ever change subscription prices, you'll get at least 14 days' notice before the new price affects your next renewal. You can cancel before that date if you don't want to continue.
Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Yes. Every Razorpay payment generates a receipt emailed to you automatically. If you need a GST-compliant invoice or custom billing details, email
