This page explains how Applydex is delivered to you. Because Applydex is a software-only product, there is no physical shipping involved at any stage.
1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping
Applydex is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered as a Chrome browser extension with a cloud-hosted backend. There is no physical shipping involved at any stage of our Service. We do not ship goods, disks, printed materials, or any tangible items.
2. Delivery of the Free Extension
The Applydex Chrome extension is delivered instantly through the Google Chrome Web Store:
- Visit our Chrome Web Store listing.
- Click Add to Chrome.
- The extension installs automatically in your browser, typically within a few seconds.
3. Delivery of Pro Access After Payment
Once you complete a successful Applydex Pro subscription payment through Razorpay:
- Your account is upgraded to the Pro tier immediately on receipt of payment confirmation from Razorpay.
- All Pro features become available inside the extension with no additional action required.
- You will receive a payment receipt by email from Razorpay.
In rare cases, upgrade may take up to 5 minutes to propagate due to payment-processor webhook delays. If your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes, contact support@applydex.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Service Availability
Applydex is a cloud service available 24×7 to users worldwide, subject to occasional maintenance windows and outages beyond our control. We do not geographically restrict delivery of the digital Service.
5. No Delivery Charges
Because we deliver no physical goods, there are no shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or delivery timelines to consider. The price shown on our Pricing page is the full price charged.

If you paid for Applydex Pro but do not see Pro features activated, email support@applydex.com with your payment receipt. We respond within 2 business days.
